Power: Ability to attract metal on command, which explains his talent at mechanics.
Background:Gippal is a hopeless romantic. He is flirty and thinks there is nothing hotter than him (He is so wrong!). When gippals was growing up his parents weren't really there so he started to linger around Rikku and Brother's dad Cid. Eventually Cid took him in and raised him as his own, and in doing that Gippals took his last name. Growing up Al Bed they spent most of there life wandering in the Saharan Desert. When Gippal got older he started in the family business of finding and repairing machina. A kind of machine unknown to most people. When Gippal found out that Rikku was going away he was a little sad....and kind of relieved to not have someone smacking him over the head when he did something stupid, but Cid had other plans. Cid decided that it would be best if he went with Rikku to watch after her. Also he wanted to have some business taken care of up there. Gippal being Gippal there was many benefits going....mainly there are new girls to flirt with!

Rikku ~NPC~ Secretly still has some feelings for her. Even after she left without saying anything to him. They grew up together from tots in diapers. He considers her one of his best friends, and can tell her anything.
Reno[Drop]~ Just met and they get along great. Almost as if they were separated at birth. Defiantly his best friend here. Two pea's in a pod!
Elena~ Finds her interesting... and cute no matter what Reno says.Keeps falling for her more and more every day.
